All Sport One City  is a week-long event offering free, no-pressure discovery sport and fitness classes for ADULTS SAVE THE DATE: January 21 - 26, 2019REGISTRATIONS OPEN ON JANUARY 1, 2019 Search All Sport One City to find all the sessions available Discover some Martial Arts, such as Muay Thai Kickboxing.  Kickboxing is a generic term for fighting sports/systems that use kicking and boxing techniques. Muay Thai is a sports form distilled from the traditional Thai martial arts (Muay boran). Muay thai uses kicking, punching, elbows and knees, clinches and has some ceremonial aspects.  This is a discovery class that is tailored to learning the fundamentals of Muay Thai: punches, kicks, elbow strikes, knee strikes. WTM Muay Thai is Calgary's friendliest Muay Thai Gym.


  Not only is it fun to learn, it burns a ton of calories. SKILL REQUIREMENTS: None, really.  Just try it out and have fun. ADAPTABILITY: Adaptable although not suitable for wheelchair user - Call in advance to discuss your needs EQUIPMENT / ATTIRE REQUIRED IN ORDER TO PARTICIPATE: Workout clothes, No outdoor shoes - we train barefoot, shorts/t-shirt or tank. If you have your own gear, please bring it.  Otherwise, equipment can be provided. The only way to guarantee a spot is to register in advance.

Registrations will close one day prior to the event start. Drop-in is possible, although space cannot be guaranteed for drop in. (Best to contact the session provider before the session start) MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENTS? Adult, over 18 years of age TRANSPORTATION/PARKING OPTIONS?Parking available. There are a few bus options. Check CalgaryTransit.com for details. WHEN SHOULD I ARRIVE?At least 15 minutes prior to the start of the event. FOOD & BEVERAGE AVAILABLE? No, but pubs and restaurants nearby
