Whether you are new to meditation or have been meditating for a few years, join us to learn how to improve your technique and improve your meditations through a series of short meditations. Meditation, as taught by Science of Spirituality, is a universal practice that does not require any strenuous exercises and can be practiced by people of all ages. Do I Need to Learn Yoga to Meditate? Unlike some forms of yoga, this meditation technique does not involve difficult practices or rigorous postures. We can meditate when sitting in any pose that is comfortable, in which we can sit still for an extended period. Meditation on the inner Light is so simple it can be practiced by anyone.
