This workshop aims to increase the adaptability of the body by developing body awareness, in order to make the artist more well-rounded. Guided in a continuous exploration, the artist connects with each part of his body, makes them mobile and conscious in order to improve his consciousness of his body in its entirety. Combining somatic concepts, each movement has an origin and a finality, and maximizes the physical potential of the body. By exploring different systems of movements, each individuals are challenged at all times, from one state to another, playing on intensity, speed, rhythms, sounds, they leave their comfort zone by always reacting with spontaneity. In response to these suggestions the artist no longer limits himself and develops new ways of inhabiting his body, perceiving and generating the movement almost instinctively.

Throughout the workshop, the artist remains stimulated. These principles are reinvested and put into practice at the end of the workshop through a structured improvisation The artist leaves the studio with a greater understanding of his limitless potential as a performer.
