Instructor: Heidi Hunter runs with scissors. Her studio is an oasis of colour where she hand-dyes fabrics and wearables, creates award-winning art quilts, and hosts creativity workshops. An ‘artist’s artist’, Heidi is a gifted and experienced teacher, and a forever student. For 14 years, she welcomed Manitobans into her studio on the WAVE tour, and has always enjoyed promoting the arts throughout her 30+ years as a professional artist on stage, and in studio. A colourful and animated speaker, she is obsessed with the creative process and driven by the challenges of running a successful arts business. www.runswithscissors.ca
